One aspect of the Eating for Life diet that is different than other diet plans is that it involves eating meals that are 50% carbs and 40% proteins. The remaining 10% would, obviously, be fats. The 7th day can be a complete cheat day that you eat whatever you want. Since you are revving up your metabolism the other days of the week, the cheat day will not really impact you in a negative manner.
