Women’s Wellness - Bowflex Treadclimber

We all know it’s true right?  If I were to ask anyone on the street, how much exercise should an average person reasonably get in a given week, I can virtually assure you that most if not all would respond with the following or something similar.

3 days a week at least 30 minutes

 What does that mean.  It means that we are not ignorant about what to do we simply lack the motivation to actually exercise.  The problem is that there are so many reasons why we can’t exercise and no one has ever told us is that all we need is one reason why we should.  With the advent of home gyms like the bowflex tc6000 treadclimber more and more people are achieving thier workout goals.  Do you get tired walking up stairs or carrying groceries from the car into the house?  If so, perhaps you should consider your own in home exercise machine.

    Great articles. There’s a lot of nice information here, though I did want to let you know something, I’m running Redhat with the up-to-date beta of Firefox, and the design of your site is kind of wonky for me. I can read the articles, but the navigation doesn’t function so well.
