The Atkins Diet Review

The Atkins diet was created by Dr. Robert Atkins originally in the 1960s and came back into focus in the 1990s.  The diet is one that consists of high protein and low carbohydrate eating.  With Atkins, a person can eat foods containing all the calories that they want that come from protein and fat however they must restrict their carbohydrate intake.
