Look 5 to 10 Pounds Lighter in Minutes

Want a simple weight loss tip?  Sorry but I don’t have one today but I do have a tip that may trick you and your friends that you have lost between 5 and 10 pounds almost instantly.  Here is the tip. For women, wear heels.  Heels will make you look taller than you really are thereby proportioning the body in a fashioning the body so it appears leaner.  For men, wear your belt higher on your waist.  By doing this, you will make yourself also appear slightly taller thereby elongating the torso.
