It’s almost the New Year, and resolutions are just around the corner. Don’t make an empty resolution to yourself this New Year! Weight loss resolutions are at the top of most people’s list, but sticking to them is not always easy. A great way to be successful with your resolutions is to make your goals specific, realistic, and attainable. Setting up a goal to lose 50 pounds may sound great, but it is a very sizeable goal and such lofty goals could get you discouraged. Making modest goals with small targets will help you to make sure that you can reach your goals successfully.
