Just Breathe

Taking some personal time out to meditate may just be exactly what you need. Human relaxation techniques and deep breathing exercises, such as yoga are great, especially if you are detoxifying the body. It’s not a great idea to do hard core exercise while cleansing the body, which is precisely why subtle, yet effective yoga moves are the way to go!
