Here we are folks, with the 5th and final muscle killing mistake.  I do hope you have enjoyed this series of posts.  Okay, no more waiting around, here it is, the 5th muscle killing mistake is over consumption of sports drinks and nutrition bars.

The truth is that all sports drinks and nutrition bars are not created equally.  The bad ones contain an excessive amount of sugar and do nothing for your health and nutrition.  To avoid the harmful ones, simply read the label.  If you see anything closely resembling the words “sugar” or “high fructose corn syrup” then choose a different product.
