20 Minutes a Day and Only 3 Days a Week

When I got home from church this morning I followed my normal routine of channel surfing, looking for something of value to watch as I waited for my wife to finish dinner.  Well, as I was flipping through the stations, I noticed an informercial.  You know the type, sit down, do nothing and magically the pounds melt off.

This particular product that was being advertised was probably the most unbelieveable of all that I have seen.  They litterally had this guy who had the body of a Greek god working out on this machine as state that if I can spend only 20 minutes a day for only 3 days a week, I could look like him.  Guess what though…it’s true.

The problem with most of these products whether they be for exercise or dieting is not the product themselves but our inability to follow the perscription, the detailed plan of action. Don’t be fooled by big promises of dramatic weight loss.  Before you try any program, ask yourself are you willing to work for your results.  The bottom line is that it works if you work it.  Take a look at another of my recent articles about a similar diet and exercise topic.
