The Fastest Way to a Healthier You
Tuesday, November 20th, 2007Recently I had a friend have a major auto accident and this evening I visited him, his wife and family in the hospital. As I was waiting, I stopped by the bookstore of the hospital and found a book titled, “Get Healthy Through Detox And Fasting” by Dr. Don Colbert. In it Dr. Colbert talks about how fasting may be the key to removing toxins from your body. While it may appear a daunting task to attempt a fast, several helpful tips are included. Fasting has been proven to benefit most who try it however it is very important that you consult your physician before begining a fast. My wife and I have set days in the week when we fast and do so as a family affair. If you are able and your physician agrees, why not try a brief fast?
