The Vitamin Shoppe To Be Awarded For Its Excellent Customer Service
Thursday, January 28th, 2010Well, it’s about time! That’s all I’m going to say. I have been with the Vitamin Shoppe for quite some time and man, I throw my hands down with their customer service. I actually thought that I was just the lucky one with my purchases because there never was a glitch, especially with the delivery. And their online support is just a delight, with dedicated attendants that are professional, knowledgeable, and ready to give a helping hand. This is what plied me with this company, a nutritional shop that takes care of their customers even before they receive their vitamins and health supplements. Not to mention the discounts that they let you take advantage of through their coupons, on top of the amazing sales and promos.
So if you ask me, I think the vitamin shoppe should really be awarded for its excellent customer service. I would stand by it all the way, and if it comes to a point where a voting is to occur, then count me in. I would be the first one on queue. This should give them the recognition where it’s due.
