The Thanksgiving Diet
Thursday, November 26th, 2009Wouldn’t it be absolutely lovely if there were a diet that let you eat everything that you wanted to eat on Thanksgiving, but do it every day of the year, not just on Thanksgiving? If there were a Thanksgiving diet, it would definitely need to have sweet potato pie, cornbread dressing, cornbread stuffing rice dressing, potato salad, baked macaroni, broccoli rice and cheese casserole, ham, turkey, peas and carrots, green beans, and more on the menu! Of course this is but a dream. There isn’t a Thanksgiving diet that allows you to eat all of the mentioned goodies and still look great the next day. But there is a diet that has decent food and it’s called Medifast. It may not have dressing on the menu, but it does have a long list of other wholesome, healthy, and tasty treats ready for you to eat.
