Real Housewives of Atlanta Diet And Workout Program!

If you have been watching the Real Housewives of Atlanta this season, then you will have noticed that there is an episode toward the beginning of the season where housewife Nene Leakes and Lisa Wu-Hartwell are running in their neighborhood. While Lisa looks to be in the best shape of her life, Nene is barely keeping up, though she is not ashamed to admit that she likes to eat which is the reason why she is a 10 and not an 8! We also see moments of Sheree’s workout routine which involves a personal trainer who helps her to do an extensive strength training and weight lifting regimen that keeps her, as she would say, “looking like a hot 20 year old”. Well, maybe she doesn’t look 20, but she definitely looks great! So what can we learn from these housewives? Well the importance of exercise!  As Lisa so greatly exemplified, it is important to keep cardio as an important part of one’s daily routine. If you don’t like runnning outdoors and would prefer to be watching the Real Housewives while working out, try getting a Nordic Track.

But we also learn from Sheree the importance of strength training. This sort of workout ensures that your muscles are toned and that you look great in whatever it is that you decide to put on!
