Turn Up The Heat on Your Workout Plan
Wednesday, July 15th, 2009I often find that many of us do take part in a consistent workout plan, but we don’t change it up often enough to do our bodies the maximum good in the long run. So the advice for today is to switch up your workout plan. Work harder in the same amount of time you usually devote to working out. Increase your intensity level and even change the exercises you’ve been doing. I have recently added a daily run to my workout regimen and have found that it has really helped!
