Too Much Cardio - Recent research has shown that excessive cardio has been proven to overtime burn not only fat but also muscle. In addition, men have shown signs of decreased testosterone levels. The solution for this is fairly easy to implement. Rather than doing cardio for hours on end, shift to brief high intensity exercises. With these technique, you will burn more fat and preserve the muscle.
