Many of my loyal readers may not know this but my wife recently had a baby.  It’s a funny thing that happens when you become a parent.  All of a sudden you become very aware of any information that might aide your child in growing up to be a healthy and happy citizen.  Well, I came across a great little flyer that talked about two simple words that would improve your child’s life in the short term and over the long haul.  Those words are…Nutrition and Exercise! While you may not see “the Donald” as a health expert, you might be quite surprised if you take a closer look.  Despite what you may think of the man, it is clear that he knows a ton about investing.  And, what you don’t realize is that he spends a substantial amount of money to doctors and nutrition experts to ensure he remains healthy.  Now, you may say, “well I don’t have that kind of cash to throw out the window on doctors”. Well, there is an old saying that would sum up my response and that is, “if you don’t invest your money to stay healthy, you’ll surely spend it trying to get well.”
