Who is Your Fitness Role Model?
Friday, November 30th, 2007Recently I had a co-worker of mine make a dramatic shift in what they ate and how they lived. This guy, who by the way is about 56 years young, has radically changed his diet and exercise routine. I have personally seen him drop well over 30 pounds. His tranformation is inspiring. My question to you is, who is your fitness role model? Is there a real live person with whom you have a relationship that you can look to for inspiration and motivation? If not, find one. Tell them about your desire to improve your diet, your health, your life. It may be exactly what you need to ultimately succeed.
