Ok so I am not going to invest in BuyTC in the traditional sense of buying stock in the company, but I am going to get a Bowflex Treadclimber to make a positive investment in my health. I want to have fine and sexy leg and calf muscles and even more, I want to look great in my swimsuit for a trip I am taking to Miami this summer. So I am going to spend the extra money and get myself a treadclimber.
I have been constantly working on my home gym and this is going to be a great addition. It can count as cardiovascular activity, can help you to develop the stomach and ab muscles that you really want and can also help you to get the sexy legs too. The price is definitely worth it for the results that I am going to get!

I have been looking into joining a gym and recently discovered that there is a Bally’s near my house. I am super excited about joining because I think that it will give me just what I need to be able to lose the 15 pounds I need to lose in order to get the six pack that I so desire. I know thtat they offer lots of cool classes including belly dancings, aerobics, water aerobics, boxing, among others, but I also hope that they have one more thing: the Healthrider!
The healthrider is truly one of my favorite treadmills because the features that it offers. I feel like I could run for more several miles on the healthrider and my feet never start to hurt. Though this won’t make or break my decision to join the Bally’s, I am really hopefully that they have one because it would really be cool!

New studies are showing that living longer isn’t always just about your genetics. It’s not just about the heredity of long life span so much as it is about how you live your life during its entire span. People who live to be one hundred years old or older tend to not be smokers, heavy drinkers, do not partake in illicit drugs, and do not live in isolation or solitude. To the contrary they live healthy lives and are usually very active members of the churches, communities, and spend lots of time with their families and interacting with others.
In living a healthy lifestyle, they tend to eat well. Friut and vegetables and lean meats are a part of their diets as well as exercise every day. Making fruit and vegetable juices from home with your own Jack Lalanne Juicer can be a creative way to get the daily doses of fruits and veggies into your diet. Who knows, maybe if you do this, you too may live to 100 or beyond.

I have been reading a lot of books about Asian philosophy, and I stumbled upon a concept and practice that caught my attention – Tai -chi. This is about finding balance and the connection of your body to your mind. It’s a good thing my gym, the Iron Gym, is offering Tai – chi.
As I observed the practitioners, it seem very easy, but when I gave it a shot, it was brutally difficult. After a lot practice I was able to get the fluid motion needed for the different maneuvers. I actually got a lot of inner peace since I started doing Tai – chi.

My friend has always been a health buff and the last time I saw him, was a blast. His body was just hulkingly huge. He invited me to his house and not surprisingly I still saw Arnold Schwarzenegger’s old picture posted in the wall fronting his room. He said that it is the primary thing that is giving him inspiration to work out.
He has been on a workout system with 24 Hr Fitness for a very long time and not once has he been absent from his workout. Since the poster is the first thing that he can see when goes out of his room, he is reminded of his goal to have a body that is fit for a titan.

When on any workout program, you are sure to meet a lot of struggles and difficulties along the way, and the best way to go around it is to stay positive. This will make you endure the negative parts of your workout cycle. And will make you hop on any exercisers, say the Cardio Twister for example, that you are using.
The reason why I know this is because that has been my secret weapon, during the many downtimes that I have experienced. So if you will have these episodes, remember to stay positive. This act itself is healthy to your body and mind, how much more if you will add an exercise to it.

I have just started taking Karate lessons 5 months ago and I am slowly copping up with my lessons. If you think that I am going a slow route, you have to see when on the first month. Man, was I an eyesore. My sensei suggested that I take an alternative diet that I could work with to make my body lighter, and so I did.
My friends have been recommending Nutrasystem for a very long time so I gave it a shot. And within weeks I felt the effects of my diet which made my body lighter and my mind clearer. Now I am able to advance into lessons with lesser difficulties.
